Will Robinson is the Chief Technology Officer of ASAPP, an AI-Native Enterprise SaaS company whose mission is to augment and automate the world’s workflows, with an initial focus on Customer Experience. As CTO, Will is responsible for all research, engineering, and other technical functions. Prior to ASAPP, Will served as CTO of Chronicle, an Alphabet company focused on enterprise cybersecurity. Will also spent 13 years at Google, in various roles focused on ads, search, and infrastructure. While at Google, Will led the rearchitecture of the largest machine learning (ML) system in the world at the time. He holds several patents related to this and other work. Will’s primary technical focus is large-scale distributed systems, with a particular emphasis on ML training and other complex data pipelines. He holds BS and MS degrees in Computer Science from Stanford. Will lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with his wife and two children.
