Villi Iltchev is Senior Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development at Box. He is responsible for driving the company’s inorganic strategy, including M&A and investment activities. Prior to joining Box, Villi was the Executive Vice President of Corporate Development at LifeLock where he was responsible for partnerships, alliances, and acquisitions. Previously, Villi was Vice President at Salesforce.com where he led the acquisitions and investments team and executed numerous talent, growth, and strategic acquisitions. Prior to Salesforce.com, Villi was a lead member of the Corporate Development team at Hewlett-Packard. He also acted as Vice President on the investment banking team at Merrill Lynch where he advised technology companies on strategic and financing projects.

Villi earned an M.B.A. from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia, a Masters of Accountancy from Clemson University, and a B.S. from Erskine College.
