Susan Yun Lee is a multi-asset class investor experienced in funds, private companies, public stocks, options, and derivatives across public equities, private equity, venture capital, real assets, credit, fixed income, and hedge fund strategies. She advises investment committees, boards, and individuals on investment strategy, asset allocation, and governance.

Currently, she serves as the Chief Investment Officer for Clif Family Foundation and is partner in the affiliated family office, White Road Capital. Previously, Susan managed assets for the Broad foundations and family office. Earlier, Susan launched and led a multi-billion dollar private equity, private credit, and venture capital investment practice and advised endowments and foundations on overall portfolio asset allocation and investment strategy as a Partner at Angeles Investment Advisors. Susan has also made direct investments in private companies and worked with portfolio companies on growth and capital financings as a private equity investor at Black Canyon Capital and Vintage Capital Partners. She began her career advising Fortune 500 companies on strategy at Bain & Company and at The Walt Disney Company.

Susan earned an MBA from Harvard Business School with honors, where she was a Toigo Fellow. She earned a B.A. in economics from Stanford University, Phi Beta Kappa. She currently serves on the boards of Crescent Capital BDC and American Battery Technology Co, as well as the investment committees of the Library Foundation and Sellwood Ventures.
