Steve Dispensa leads Microsoft’s Security Solution Area (SSA), where he focuses on helping customers stay ahead of evolving threats through trusted, scalable security solutions. He joined Microsoft through the acquisition of PhoneFactor, a company he co-founded, and has since helped shape solutions like Intune, Sentinel, Purview, and Entra.

Before taking on this role, Steve led Security Business Development, working closely with partners and customers around the world to drive innovation and impact. He’s known for his technical depth, collaborative approach, and ability to connect strategy with real-world execution.

Steve is passionate about empowering teams, listening to feedback, and staying grounded in what customers need most. As SSA continues to evolve as a key part of Microsoft’s AI transformation, Steve is focused on helping teams deliver solutions that are both visionary and practical.
