Seth is the Chief Innovation Officer at eXp Realty with a past that includes two startup exits and a couple of technology patents. At eXp, he leads innovation initiatives focused on applying AI and other emerging technologies to enable real estate agents and eXp staff to work smarter, grow their businesses, and drive operational efficiency. He started in real estate as an agent and broker, but spent most of his career as a startup founder in proptech. After multiple exits and leadership roles, he joined eXp about seven years ago to focus on innovation at scale. Seth lives in San Diego, CA, with his wife, 8-year-old son, and a very mischievous goldendoodle.
