Paul is the Chief Information Officer at Under Armour (UA) and is leading the transformation of UA Information Technology across global channels, partners and new markets. Prior to this current role Mr. Fipps was the Senior Vice President, Global Operations and oversaw Global Sales Operations, Planning, and Global Logistics and Distribution for supply chain management. Mr. Fipps joined the team in January 2014 and works out of the Under Armour Global Headquarters in Baltimore, Maryland.

Prior to joining the Under Armour team, Mr. Fipps served as Chief Information Officer and Corporate Vice President of Business Services at The Charmer Sunbelt Group (CSG) – a leading distributor of fine wines, spirits, beer, bottled water and other beverages in the United States. While at CSG, Mr. Fipps led the strategic development and execution of CSG’s multi-functional shared services organization, which included information technology, customer care and financial / associate services. Before entering into the corporate world, Mr. Fipps also proudly served in the armed forces as a member of the United States Army.

Mr. Fipps holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Baltimore and received his Masters of Business Administration from UB’s Merrick School of Business. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Six Sigma Greenbelt.

In addition, Fipps is a member of the Project Management Institute and currently serves on the Board of Directors of America’s SAP User Group (ASUG). He previously served on the University of Baltimore’s Alumni Board of Governors and actively serves on UB’s MIS Advisor Board. He is a frequent speaker on the topics of Shared Services, Centers of Expertise, and SAP technology. Mr. Fipps, his wife Amy and two daughters reside in Mount Airy, Maryland.
