Nate Fick is CEO of Endgame, a next-generation endpoint security software company that automates the hunt for the most advanced cyber threats. He is also an operating partner at Bessemer Venture Partners, where he works with management teams to build durable companies. Before joining Endgame, Nate was CEO of the Center for a New American Security, a national security research organization. He served as a Marine Corps infantry and reconnaissance officer, including combat tours in Afghanistan and Iraq. His book about that experience, One Bullet Away, was a New York Times bestseller, a Washington Post “Best Book of the Year,” and one of the Military Times’ “Best Military Books of the Decade.” He graduated with high honors in Classics from Dartmouth College and holds an MPA from the Harvard Kennedy School and MBA from the Harvard Business School. Nate serves as a Trustee of Dartmouth, a member of the Military and Veterans Advisory Council at JPMorgan Chase & Co, and on the Board of Directors of Strayer, Inc. (NASDAQ: STRA). He is active in the Young Presidents’ Organization and the World Economic Forum’s Young Global Leaders, and is a life member of Trout Unlimited and the Council on Foreign Relations.
