Mo Katibeh

Mo Katibeh is Chief Marketing Officer for AT&T Business. He is responsible for AT&T’s business marketing organization, where he oversees marketing of both traditional telecom services as well as mobility and strategic services – such as Ethernet, IP networking, hosting, SD-WAN, cybersecurity, cloud connectivity and applications services – to millions of customers, ranging from small businesses to Fortune 1000 companies.

Previously, Mo was Senior Vice President, Advanced Solutions, where he oversaw business solutions for cybersecurity, digital, cloud, Wi-Fi and field services solutions. Mo positioned AT&T to be one of the fastest- growing managed security service providers, delivering multiple quarters of double-digit revenue growth during his tenure. His security portfolio spans solutions ranging from public safety solutions, virtualized security functions, and threat management, to a full-service security consulting practice. In 2016, Mo’s managed security solutions team launched Threat Manager, providing customers with a unique visibility into both known and new cyber threats. The technology provides the ability to process 5 billion security events – a full day’s worth of activity for all of AT&T’s security customers combined in only 10 minutes – improving the speed at which security protections can be deployed by an estimated 95%.

As the officer overseeing digital, he was responsible for the omni-channel digital strategy and platform, and creating go to market digital experiences for customers. His team focused on enabling and expanding effortless self-service experiences as well as reducing operating costs for the business. His team’s performance contributed to J.D. Power Awards in 2015 and 2016 for being No. 1 in Wireless Online Customer Care and Wireless Online Purchase Experience.

Previously, Mo held the role of Vice President of Global Technology Planning and Project Management. He led the 6-year strategic technology planning for the global Wireline Network, the Mobility Radio Access Network and AT&T’s Domain 2.0 initiative. Earlier in his career, he led the AT&T Northeast Construction & Engineering (C&E) organization spanning 13 States from Virginia to Maine. Mo also successfully led efforts to migrate 5 historically regional teams into a single uniform, national organization while managing IT and Reporting functions. He also directed Customer Experience efforts for 2 years.

In 2017, Mo was awarded “40 under 40” by the Dallas Business Journal. He has one patent and others pending. He grew up in the United Kingdom, and has lived in Europe, the Middle East, South America and the United States. Mo holds a bachelor’s degree in Business with majors in International Business, Marketing and Philosophy from Oklahoma State University and an Executive MBA from University of Texas, Dallas.

Mo also serves on the Board of Directors for the Boy Scouts of America Circle 10. He and his wife and two children live in Dallas.
