Michelle Gonzalez is Corporate Vice President and Global Head of M12, Microsoft’s Venture Capital Fund, where she leads global investment strategy, research, portfolio development, marketing, and business management. Previously, she led Google’s Area 120 incubator and held senior roles at IBM Ventures, Comcast Ventures, and Apple.

She currently serves on the boards of Go1, SpyCloud, Databook, and TaskUs (NASDAQ: TASK), and as a board observer at GrowthSpace and Neubird. A strong advocate for diversity and inclusion in tech and venture capital, Michelle has served on Google’s Latinx Leadership Council and co-founded the Influencer Series, a Silicon Valley roundtable connecting minority entrepreneurs with the venture community.

Michelle holds a BBA in economics from the University of Oklahoma and a JD from Yale Law School.
