Lari is a Senior Partner in Quantum Black by McKinsey, leading McKinsey’s Technology and GenAI practices. Lari’s work is primarily in the technology sector and supporting enterprises in challenging transformations.

Previously Lari has led McKinsey Digital in Northern Asia (2019-2023), Quantum Black in Northern Europe (2016-2019), McKinsey in Finland (2016-2019), and McKinsey’s Transformation practice in Northern Europe (2013-2016).

Beyond work, Lari is a father of two, an avid golfer, an Olympic weightlifter, a cigar aficionado, and likes hand-brewing coffee and baking bread.
