Dr. Jeff Chang is an ER radiologist and co-founder of Rad AI. Jeff started college at 13, medical school at 16, and became the youngest radiologist and 2nd youngest US physician on record. He did graduate work in machine learning at U. Edinburgh, a fellowship in musculoskeletal MRI, and has an MBA from UCLA Anderson. Jeff practiced as a radiologist for 10 years, previously co-founded and ran a YC startup for 4 years (acquired in 2017), and is an investor in a number of startups.
