How Jay is building a better working world
“As a global citizen who has lived and worked throughout the world for five decades, I’ve experienced firsthand the tremendous value of change. I see opportunity where others see risk, disruption and complexity. I’m deeply passionate about creating opportunities for my teams and clients by serving as a trusted advocate for change.
My life’s work is to bring an inclusive approach, innovative thinking, and a collaborative network together to challenge prevailing paradigms and catalyze change.
I encourage my colleagues and clients that if they want to see their business, culture, or community change and grow, they must lead by example and start with themselves.”
