Izhar Medalsy is a deep-tech leader with 15+ years of experience in advanced R&D, applied physics, and product development. He has led teams at the intersection of engineering, software, and scientific innovation, and now drives Quantum Elements’ mission to accelerate the transition from experimental quantum machines to scalable, production-grade systems. He holds a PhD in Physical Chemistry from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and completed his postdoctoral research at ETH Zurich.
