Gundeep is the CIO & Digital leader for NA HVAC (Residential and Light Commercial) business at Carrier Corporation. In this role, he is responsible for defining and executing on digital strategies to build a strong digital foundation, improve customer experience and establish digital revenue opportunities for North America HVAC business. In addition, Gundeep is also responsible for Analytics and Automation CoE serving all of Carrier Corporation globally. As part of this role, he is responsible for setting & executing on the virtual worker and data & analytics agenda for Carrier Corporation.

Gundeep has over 15 years of experience in digital and information technology field. He joined Carrier from Ernst & Young in 2019, where he was leading large global data and analytics programs for number of fortune 500 clients. Prior to that, Gundeep has held digital roles with increasing leadership responsibility at Accenture. Gundeep has also been very active in the nonprofit circle with senior leadership roles in Sikh Chamber of Commerce and United Sikhs. Gundeep holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Production engineering from Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh (India) and a MS in Tech Management and Leadership from Columbia University, New York.
