General (RET) Jim McConville was the 40th Chief of Staff of the United States Army, leading an organization of 1.2 million personnel with an annual budget of 185 billion dollars and operations in over 140 countries around the globe. Jim led combat organizations from the platoon to the division level with multiple combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. He was the longest serving commander of the famed 101st Airborne Division (AASLT). He is an Operating Partner for AE Industrial Partners. Jim earned a BS degree from the USMA, a MS degree in AE from Georgia Tech and was National Security Fellow at Harvard.
