Ezra Frech

Team USA Para Track & Field
2x Paralympic Gold Medalist (Paris), World Record Holder (100m, High-Jump, Long-Jump)

Ezra Frech began competing in sports at an early age, made history as the youngest para-athlete to compete in the 2019 World Para Athletics Championships, and competed in the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games as a 16 year-old. Now a 2x Paralympian (Tokyo, Paris) and 2x Paralympic Gold Medalist (100M and High Jump), he uses his platform to grow the Paralympic movement and to permanently and positively change global perceptions of the disabled community. In 2013, Ezra co-founded Angel City Sports, a non-profit that is now one of the largest providers of adaptive sports in the U.S. He also starred in and executive produced the Peacock docuseries, Adaptive (2025), following the journeys of four athletes as they train for and compete in the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games.
