With over 30 years’ experience, he specializes in M&A, corporate strategy, and raising capital.Previously Mr. Edmondson served as a Managing Director at Signal Hill,, the Managing Partner of Seven Hills, Global Co-Head of Technology at ING Barings, Head of Technology, and the West Coast at Kidder Peabody and Furman-Selz, Director in CS First Boston’s Technology Group and was at Lehman Brothers Kuhn Loeb and JP Morgan.Eric received his BA from Dartmouth College and his MBA from the Wharton School.
