Charlie is a managing director in the US Equity Capital Markets (ECM) Group. Charlie leads the Technology and West Coast ECM practice and is responsible for the origination, advisory, and execution of equity offerings, including initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, block trades, and at-the-market offerings for Technology, Media and Telecom (TMT) corporate clients and West Coast clients. Charlie has over 18 years of corporate advisory experience working at leading investment banks across the US, EMEA, and APAC. Prior to joining Citi, Charlie spent over a decade at Goldman Sachs in their investment banking division with a focus on capital markets. Prior to that, Charlie worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the Investment Banking division and at Macquarie Bank. Charlie earned a BComm in Finance and Accounting from the University of Western Australia and is a qualified chartered accountant in Australia and New Zealand.
