Bill has been in public accounting and private industry since 1992. He provides tax services to both public and private companies in the technology, manufacturing, and retail industries. His specific expertise is in serving business entities on strategic tax planning, FAS ASC 740, mergers and acquisitions, and accounting periods and methods. He often leads clients as they experience rapid growth through international expansion, acquisitions, and restructurings.

Bill has served as an adjunct professor at the Golden Gate University’s masters of tax program and a frequent speaker to professional and industry groups. He is on the firms national private equity committee and very active in its technology industry group.
