Amy began her career at Wellington Financial LP as a sub-debt lender. In 2018, CIBC acquired Wellington Financial and launched CIBC Innovation Banking with a vision to be the leading bank lender to entrepreneurs and investors in the innovation economy.  The financing team has injected over $9 billion in capital across North America and Europe to support innovative technology companies and has assisted more than 500 venture-backed businesses over the past 6 years. In addition, her team at CIBC provides capital call lines to venture capital firms and LP commitments to funds in North America and Europe. She is also Chair of the Upside Foundation.
