Registration is non-refundable, and all sales are final. In lieu of refunds, an attendee may request to transfer their registration to the next year or transfer their registration to a qualified colleague. A transfer request must be sent in writing to info@montgomerysummit.com. All requests are subject to approval from The Montgomery Summit team.

Registration for the 2023 Summit will end on Monday, March 6th. We encourage you to register as soon as possible to guarantee that you will be able to attend the event. 

The general attire for all sessions, meals, and functions is business and business casual.

Access to Summit session, meals, networking events and all other associated functions will only be available to Summit participants who present their credentials.

Summit credentials must be displayed at all times – access will not be granted without Summit credentials.

Details to pick up Summit credentials will be emailed to registered attendees before the Summit.

Check in for the 2023 Montgomery Summit will be held in the lobby at The Fairmont Miramar Hotel & Bungalows in Santa Monica, California.

Programming:

You may nominate a speaker for The Montgomery Summit here. Speakers should be:

  • C-Suite executives and board members
  • Recognized experts in their fields
  • State, national, or global leaders

The deadline for submitting suggested speakers and presenting companies is February 1, 2023.

You may nominate an innovative private technology company to present at the 2023 Summit here. Presenting company speakers should be:

  • C-Suite executives of a private technology company
  • Have raised institutional capital
  • Emerging/growth technology companies disrupting their respective industries

 

The deadline for submitting suggested speakers and presenting companies for the Summit is February 1, 2023.

We will be posting a more comprehensive agenda on our website 2-3 weeks leading up to the conference, including times for company presentations, panels, and keynote speakers.

Networking & Event Platform / Mobile App:

We encourage you to connect with other Summit attendees via our LinkedIn, Facebook, or Twitter.

The Montgomery Summit does not publish or share a list of attendees externally.

Registered attendees will receive an email 2-3 weeks prior to the Summit with instructions on how to sign into the mobile app and navigate the networking features. Through the Summit app, registered attendees will be able to chat with other members of the Summit community and to schedule one-on-one meetings.

Due to our privacy policy, we do not publicly release the names of those who will be attending the Summit. However, the list of presenting companies is regularly updated on our website and can be seen here. Additionally, registrants can access the full attendee list on the event platform 2-3 weeks prior to the event. The list cannot be printed or shared from the mobile app.

Once registered for the Montgomery Summit, all full access pass attendees will be able to schedule private one-on-one meetings through their personal profile on our event platform, the attendee hub. The meeting scheduling platform will be available to attendees in mid-to-late February. Detailed instructions to navigate the meetings platform will be sent to all attendees with a full access pass.

No. If you do not wish to schedule meetings with other attendees, there is an option within your profile to “blackout” your availability.

Health & Safety:

Assuming that we have not yet reached a point at which special COVID-19 prevention measures are no longer required, we will be following the state-of-the-art testing and safety protocol at the Summit. Registration will require proof of vaccination. PCR tests will be available at registration for Summit attendees upon request.

Transportation to the Fairmont Miramar in Santa Monica is each attendee’s responsibility. Taxi fares from Los Angeles International Airport to the Fairmont Miramar are approximately $85. Ride share options including Uber/Lyft are available from Los Angeles International Airport to the Fairmont Miramar for approximately $30+.
