Attendance at the Montgomery Summit is by invitation only and reserved for senior-level decision-makers and leaders. We carefully curate our audience to maintain the highest caliber of attendees. To request a Summit invitation, please submit your contact information here. All requests are reviewed and subject to approval by The Montgomery Summit organizing team.

We welcome the following types of roles:

The following roles are not typically eligible to attend the Summit:

Junior or Mid-Level Investment Professionals (Analysts, Associates, Senior Associates)*

Assistants, Aides, or other Operations
PR and Agency Representatives

*We encourage Junior and Mid-Level Investment Professions to apply to our “Rising VC” program through our request invitation form. If approved, you will be able to attend the full Summit for a discounted rate, but you will not be able to message other attendees or schedule meetings through our event app.*

Non-Refundable: All registrations are final. No refunds will be issued.

Transfer Options:

Registrations may be transferred to the following year or to a qualified colleague.
Transfers are limited to colleagues within the same firm and of equal or greater seniority.
Passes cannot be transferred to junior colleagues.

Request Process:

All transfer requests must be submitted in writing to info@montgomerysummit.com.
Each request is subject to approval by The Montgomery Summit team.

You may nominate a speaker for The Montgomery Summit here. Speakers should be:

Recognized experts in their fields
State, national, or global leaders

The deadline for submitting suggested speakers and presenting companies is January 31^st, 2026.

You may nominate an innovative private technology company to present at the Summit here. Presenting company speakers should be:

Emerging/growth technology companies disrupting their respective industries

Networking:

Reserve a VIP table for up to 36 one-on-one meetings in the Fairmont Miramar’s Lobby Lounge. This exclusive offering secures a premium space—visible and bookable only to you and your team within the Summit app. This elevated environment is designed to foster meaningful connections and position your organization at the heart of all the Summit activity.

The Montgomery Summit does not publish or share a list of attendees externally.

Registered attendees will receive an email 2-3 weeks prior to the Summit with instructions on how to sign into the mobile app and navigate the networking features. Through the Summit app, registered attendees will be able to chat with other members of the Summit community and to schedule one-on-one meetings.

Only full-access pass registered attendees will be able to request private one-on-one meetings through our attendee portal / mobile app. Rising VC program attendees will not be permitted to request one-on-one meetings. Login credentials & detailed instructions will be shared with attendees in mid-to-late February.

Due to our privacy policy, we do not publicly release the names of those who will be attending the Summit. However, the list of presenting companies is regularly updated on our website and can be seen here. Additionally, registrants can access the full attendee list on the event platform 2-3 weeks prior to the event. The list cannot be printed or shared from the mobile app.

No. If you do not wish to schedule meetings with other attendees or receive meeting requests, there is an option within your profile to “blackout” your availability.

General Questions

Check-in location: The Library

Please enter the Fairmont Miramar lobby from Ocean Avenue and turn right; The Library is across from the hotel check-in. There will be abundant signage and hotel staff to direct you. You will need to check in to receive your name badge and to access any aspect of the Summit. Please keep your conference credentials with you at all times while attending the conference and affiliated events such as the Getty Villa and closing reception. A fee of $500 will be applied for badge re-prints.

The general attire for all sessions, meals, and functions is business and business casual.

Health & Safety:

The Montgomery Summit expects all attendees of our events to follow any public health guidelines that may be in effect related to health, safety and hygiene, including, without limitation, social distancing, hand washing, staying home if you are sick, and other disease prevention measures.

Access to Summit session, meals, networking events and all other associated functions will only be available to Summit participants who present their credentials. Details to pick up Summit credentials will be emailed to registered attendees before the Summit.

Summit credentials must be displayed at all times – access will not be granted without Summit credentials. A fee of $500 will be applied for badge re-prints.

Badge sharing is strictly prohibited.

Transportation to the Fairmont Miramar in Santa Monica is each attendee’s responsibility. Taxi fares from Los Angeles International Airport to the Fairmont Miramar are approximately $85. Ride share options including Uber/Lyft are available from Los Angeles International Airport to the Fairmont Miramar.
